Grady is very honest and transparent. He helped my wife getting her claims not only from the offending party of the accident, but also from what my wife's insurance was supposed to cover. His attention to detail is impeccable. Most importantly, Grady is just a really nice guy who doesn't hesitate to help in any way he can! He's a pleasure to be around with!
