One thing that the COVID crisis did was accelerate technology and especially the way we do business. Never before had I been involved in so many virtual meetings; anything from Zoom schoolboard meetings to FaceTime with family, and everything in-between.
For potential clients, we offer virtual consultations. These are still 100% free and confidential. For existing client meetings during the course of an insurance claim or personal injury case, we also offer virtual meetings, usually via Zoom. Our clients can meet from the comfort of their own home and still enjoy the same personal care and attention we offer in our office.
For our out of town clients, virtual meetings are especially useful and provides us with a chance to meet “face to face,” even though we may be many hundred miles apart.
